This is a cosy cottage in a unique position overlooking Kynance Cove. Situated next to the café, enjoy peaceful mornings and evenings. Watch the sun setting and moonlit starry skies at night. The view from the windows is always changing from peaceful tranquillity to the crashing of the waves against the rocks, wake up every morning to the sound of the sea and be the first footprints on the beach.

The cottage has one bedroom with a double bed and single bed, with a pull out second single, comfortably sleeping two adults and one or two small children. There is a shower, toilet and hand basin. Bed linen and towels are provided. There is a fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker, microwave and fridge, kettle, toaster, radio and washing machine. The living room has a log burning stove which pumps out heat on a cold night, making you feel very cosy when the weather is rough outside, logs can be found or purchased locally. There is also gas central heating which is included in the price. There is comfortable seating for three people, a leather sofa and dining table and chairs, for sunny days there is a picnic bench outside in its own garden, with a washing line situated in the garden behind the cottage.

Access to the cottage is from the National Trust car park, through a gate, down a three quarter mile rough unsurfaced private track, which is very steep so please take care!!!
